What payment terms do you accept?

Currently, we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as it is the most convenient method.

Are your parts marked?

Yes, our parts are labeled with visible and invisible marks unique to our company.

Does the price match quality?

Yes, it does. However, we can assure that the price is up to par with quality. In this business, we are in it for a long haul. We vigorously check and inspect each product before it reaches our customers’ hand as we know installing a product and not working properly is a time wasted for another potential sale and loss of a customer doing business with us again.

What is your warranty policy?

We do the free one-time repair if the parts we change turns out to be faulty within the stipulated time provided that the device is not handled by any third party.

What the warranty does not cover?

The warranty does not cover damages due to malfunctioning of other parts, another malfunctioning of the same repaired part, damages due to misuse, improper handling or any physical damage made to the device after delivery.

Is it necessary to retain Phixeasy warranty card?

Yes, the warranty is only applicable if you furnish the warranty card to us.
