By using our site you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the privacy policy. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy and related business practices at any time.

Provision of Services and Content

PhixEasy reserves the right to limit the provision of any product or service to any person, geographic area or jurisdiction as it desires or as required by the law. PhixEasy in its sole discretion may add, delete or change the content at any time without any notice to you.

We also reserve the right but has no obligation, to monitor the materials posted on the Website. PhixEasy shall have the right to remove or edit any content that in its sole discretion violates, or is alleged to violate, any applicable law or either the spirit or letter of these Terms of Use. Not withstanding this right, YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE MATERIALS YOU POST ON THE WEBSITE AND IN YOUR PRIVATE MESSAGES. Please be advised that such Content posted does not necessarily reflect PhixEasy views. In no event shall PhixEasy assume or have any responsibility or liability for any Content posted or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from the use of Content and/or appearance of Content in the Website. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights in and to all Content which you provide and all information it contains and that such content shall not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any tortious, or otherwise unlawful information.

Warranty and Return Policy

PhixEasy is liable for free ONE-time repair if the parts we change turns out to be faulty within the stipulated time provided that the device is not handled by any third party. However, the warranty does not cover damages due to malfunctioning of other parts, another malfunctioning of the same repaired part, damages due to misuse, improper handling or any physical damage made to the device after delivery. Also, you understand that the warranty is only applicable if you furnish the warranty card to us.

PhixEasy provides 2 weeks warranty on screen replacements in mobile phones condition being the display must be original or must not have been changed prior to repair at PhixEasy.  Similarly, we also provide a 3 months warranty on the LCD/LED TV screen change.

Warranty Does Not Protect Against

After PhixEasy repairs the device, the warranty does not protect against:

• Subsequent mishandling that causes the frame to bend, twist, or crack
• Water or Colin damage due to cleaning especially in LCD/LED TVs
• Subsequent accidental or purposeful drops
• Tampering with internal hardware
• Damage resulting from attempted customer repairs
• Software issues unrelated to the repair
• Jailbroken devices
• New damages unrelated to the original repair
• Any losses of data occurring as a result of the repair – customers are advised to back up all data prior to repair attempt.

Our warranty also does not cover the outcome of a repair if certain pre-repair conditions exist, including:

• Existence of known manufacturing and/or performance issues related to the device separate from the repair, as noted prior to the repair
• The existence of damage to the frame of the device, as noted prior to the repair
• Water damage
• Jailbroken devices
• Tampering with internal hardware: under certain conditions, internal damage may make a repair impossible. Your repair specialist will be able to explain in further detail upon diagnosing your specific device. If in doubt, we recommend that you do not attempt to repair on your own, as any damage may affect the reparability of your device.

The warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer; it is not transferable across devices or if the device is sold or given to another individual.

Also, PhixEasy is not liable for any returns under any circumstances once the services have been consumed.

This Website, all the materials, and products (including but not limited to software) and services, included on or otherwise made available to you through this site are provided on “as is” and “as available” basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. Without prejudice to the foregoing paragraph, PhixEasy does not warrant that:

This Website will be constantly available, or available at all; or

The information on this Website is complete, true, accurate or non-misleading.

By registering Your phone number with us, You consent to be contacted by Us via phone calls, SMS notifications, mobile applications and/or any other electronic mode of communication in case of any order or shipment or delivery related updates.
